CANCELLATION POLICY

My business operates on a scheduled appointment basis. When cancelling an appointment, I require all clients to provide a minimum of 48 hours notice to the scheduled time. Otherwise a 50% treatment fee will need to be paid.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR NEW CLIENTS

From January 2021 a £10 non refundable deposit will need to be taken to secure your appointment. This will be redeemed off your bill.
